Payment methods

Simply enter your credit card details exactly as to the amount shown in your invoices. We accept Visa Card, Master Card, and also bank transfer if this is more convenient for you.

Cancellation

The cancellation fee will be applied according to the cancellation policy of each hotle booked. This information will be displayed at the time of your booking.

No-show

No-show charges will be 100% of final tour price.

Itinerary charges

Visit Asia reserves the right to modify or re-arrange any original tour program or to cancel or substitute any element of the tour itinerary without notice when local conditions require such changes, as well as due to scheduled flight changes etc, which may change according to weather condition of such period…etc

Child Policy (2-12 years)

Children between 2-12 years of age who share a room with parents without an extra bed are entitled to a discount on transfers, excursions, and package tours maximum of 30%. In case of a request to stay in a separate room, the full charge will be applied as of adult rates.

Liability and Travel Insurance

Travel insurance including emergency medical repatriation, cancellation costs, acts of god, and medical expenses is required for all passengers who book their services from us. Travel insurance must be purchased from their country of departure prior to traveling. We, as a local ground handler, are not responsible for providing insurance. Visit Asia is not itself a provider of accommodation nor of most ground services. We do not accept and hereby exclude all liabilities for the acts or omission whether negligent or otherwise of airlines, coach, cruise and hotels operators or any person provided services in connection with the requested bookings made with us. Visit Asia is not liable for any loss or damage caused by events beyond its control. We shall not be liable for and shall be indemnified by customer in respect of any loss either direct or indirect third party claim suffered as a result of any incorrect or incomplete booking confirmed by the system.

Claims and Complaints

All complaints are governed by the Liability clause (shown in above). All complaints should be reported immediately to the ground service provider. Failure to do this would result in Visit Asia ignoring such complaint or loss. The Customer shall bare full responsibility in an event the customer acts abnormally or displays antisocial behavior. Visit Asia or its designated ground service provider reserves the right to immediately cancel the customer stay and the agent will be charged for any amounts arising for the delinquent behavior of the customer which may be subject to a claim by a third party.

Jurisdiction

All disputes arising out of the aforementioned terms and conditions above shall be subject to the laws and exclusive jurisdiction to the laws of each country in which the customers traveling.

All the information contained in this site including pictures, designs, logos, text...etc. Copying, reproducing, improper use of, disclosing of information is strictly prohibited and copyrighted.

Cancellation Policy

We do not charge a cancellation fee for packages, sightseeing, transfer, air tickets or hotel rooms that have not been confirmed. However, once you’re your service(s) has been confirmed, you are subject to the cancellation policies detailed below. There could be many problems that might occur during email delivery; your booking is considered confirmed when it is generated in our booking system, not when you receive the emailed confirmation. You are able to review your current booking status in real time in the member profile of booking record stated on your login member. The cancellation policy applies to all bookings unless the hotel and/or airlines you have booked has different terms and conditions to those stated below. Any policies dictated by the hotel will always take precedence over the policy stated here. If the requested hotel's policies are different, you will be informed in your confirmation email. Please review all cancellation policies that apply, as well as fees that you may incur as a result of a cancellation. Following is our timeline policy of cancellation.
No Show= 100 % charge
1-7days= 50 % of the tour price
8-14days= 30 % of the tour price
15-30 days= 10 % of the tour price
31 days upno charge

Additional Remarks:

- Itinerary is subject to change depending on the confirmed flights, road conditions, and room availability. - Hotels listed in above might not be up to standard of your expectation, especially in the remote area where limitation of accommodation and its destination you travel to. Please find more hotel section cancellation policy. - Prices are subject to change in case of VAT or other tax increases and USD currency fluctuations

Refund Policy

A cancellation may result in refunds to you which will be made in the form of a credit to your credit card account. All credit card refunds will be processed in a timely manner. Refunds may take up to 1 week or 5 working days to process within the time frame of Visa or Master Card International Policy. The refunds process is depends on the regulations of your credit card company. Once the refund instructions leave our bank it can take up to 45 days for the proceeds to arrive in your account.
